Before you email
A few things that help us to help you faster:
- Specify which territory/regulatory pathway you were using
- Send us a screenshot of the build-up or the figure in question, if possible
- Specify whether you're on the free tier or full plan
Billing & subscriptions
To update your card, change plans, or cancel your subscription, use the Manage billing button in the app once logged in. This takes you straight to a secure self-serve billing page.
